Your email so we can respond
*
We'll email you that we received it, ask questions if we have some, and then get back to you with what we find out.
What region do you shop in?
*
Be more specific if you want to shop close to home.
How many miles are you willing to travel to shop regularly?
*
How frequently do you currently shop?
*
What is the maximum number of times you would shop? (per week or per month)
*
How many adults and kids and babies do you make meals for? Write who needs special portions, has simpler palates, etc.
*
If you cook for others once a week i.e. at Grandma's house, and if the kids regularly eat at friends' houses, pick an average 'schedule.' you could say 2 adults and 2.5 older kids if one of your children was out half the time having sandwiches between sports practices.
List all diet restrictions / needs for everyone you shop for.
*
i.e.Family: No pork, Mother: no shellfish, 10 yr old: no dairy, teenager: vegan. We will make it all non-GMO of course.
How often are you willing to cook? Note: include only 'painless' cooking
*
Cooking can be easy and fun, loose or tight (exact portions, no substitutions, need to know terms and techniques versus 'throwing something together that is delicious and has your twist to it.' This second kind is the kind we mean.
Highest and lowest amount you would pay for groceries per month
*
Be realistic. It is good to think of paying more and spending more time shopping and preparing food assuming it will be enjoyable because that becomes the case. So budget for food also being some entertainment and family time. But do not go a cent over your budget. Put in a low amount for medium-tight weeks and a high amount for what is the norm you could afford.
